Thanks. Good suggestions, I didn't know you could do that with TDT in Spain, I don't watch TV very much but now you've mentioned it I'll have to give it a try.

I think you're spot on with trying to make it part of your everyday life, if learners can do this they'll notice the difference much more quickly.

If you're like me, you should also –
Learn how to switch the audio channel on your TV – Spain has really done a good job of making sure the original audio is available, especially on the TDT channels.
